The continuously increasing production of large diameter PP, PVC, PE pipes, forced the manufacturers to push more on the lever of the modernization and to pay even more attention to qualitative and quantitative aspects of the machineries and of the final product.
IPM, which has always been very attentive to the rapid market evolution, is proposing a new series of machines for down-stream equipment, that have been suggested by the swift transformation of the plastic sector in the last years.
The new haul-off series, which has been redesigned from the structural point of view as well as by the motorization of each chain.
The planetary cutting units have been completely redesigned too, introducing new concepts of cut: every innovation aims at obtaining always higher cut quality, smooth, regular, without defects; also the chamfer, adjustable in depth, appears uniform all over the pipe circumference, independently from eventual pipe ovalizations. The machines can be equipped with the “TAV” System, for cutting control of up to 4 pre-selected lengths in every cutting trolley position.
Regarding the belling machines, many improvements have been made in the model :
BA160PP-BA200PP-BA250PP-BA400PP-BA500PP : the new serie of machines for PP pipes FOR SMALL AND BIG DIAMETERS, designed to increase the production of sockets reducing personnel and production costs.
These machines are capable to satisfy the demand of the market especially regarding:
Socketing by collapsible mandrel;
Quick and easy changing of belling tools, pipes clamps and heating elements;
Simple pipe manipulation system for the pipes moving;
Easy access into the machine for the maintenance;
High production: 1100 sockets/hour for the dimension 32-40-50 mm. Socketing of 4 pipes each cycle.
