interplastica 2018 st blow moulding

ST Blow Moulding is at Interplastica 2018, stand 23D10!

The 21st edition of Interplastica will open its doors on 23-26.01.2018 in Moscow, hosting over 550 exhibitors from 35 countries.
The plastics and rubber market in Russia is gaining momentum after a number of years of declining figures due to a difficult period of political tension, falling oil prices (which account more than 40% of government income) and economic sanctions imposed by EU and a weak Rouble. Germany and Italy, the two main exporters of plastics processing technologies, experienced shortfalls even in 2016. German deliveries of plastics and rubber machinery to Russia dropped by more than 38% in the last three years. Italian plastic and rubber machinery manufacturers have been facing a decline in trade with Russia since 2012. Nevertheless, the World Bank is forecasting economic growth in Russia for 2017, a good sign that the country is moving out of recession.
Since 2015 ST Blow Moulding has decided to participate every year in Interplastica due to the progressive demand from Russian companies for western quality and technology. The positive feedback of visitors and potential business partners are good motivators for also taking part in 2018.
ST Blow Moulding is going to show the most recent innovations such as parison marking D-print and the patent pending W-Print technology at Interplastica 2018.

ST App is a new web based program that allows authorized users to monitor the production data of the ST Blow Moulding machines located in a Customer’s factory, using smartphones or tablets.
The D-Print is the new high-precision marking device that eliminates all drawbacks occurring with common devices, such as the inaccurate identification of the marked position due to the poor definition of the markings and the low spraying speed. The new “W-Print” marker adds the possibility to print free text directly on the parison, including bar codes and production data for traceability.

The new ST Blow Moulding machines are equipped with a new 21’’ multi-touch panel and a fully integrated safety control system, that allows a real time feedback on all safeties. These innovations mark an important step of ST Blow Moulding machines towards Industry 4.0.
