Anhui NOY Technologies has become part of Atlas Copco Group

Atlas Copco Group announced that the acquisition of Anhui NOY Technologies (“NOY”) has been completed. NOY-headquartered in Hefei City, Anhui Province, China-makes helium leak detectors primarily for the Chinese market.
The company has 78 employees and in 2023 reported sales of more than 121 million yuan, or about 15.4 million euros. The purchase price has not yet been disclosed.
The company has joined the Scientific Vacuum Division within the Vacuum Technology Business Area.
