Ritmo S.p.A has presented two new Extruders at Fakuma 2017. This product is the technological development of the previous models, where improvements have been made on the entire machine: engine, electronics, use of new materials, enhancement of the airflow and loss and redistribution of weight.
K-SB 20 is the most compact model that uses Ø 3 and 4mm rod of PE, PP and PVDF. The maximal output is 2kg/h and it can be used for sheets up to 20mm thickness. The K-SB 30 has an output of 3kg/h and can weld sheets up to 30 mm thickness. The weldable materials are PE, PP, PVDV with Ø 3, 4 and 5mm welding rod.
Together with the extruders, Ritmo has developed a series of differently shaped welding shoes to satisfy the needs of various applications, in particular the ones for corrugated pipes and the 45° and 90° angle nozzles to weld on places that are difficult to reach.
Concerning the sheet welders Ritmo presents the Polyfusion line, which welds according to the DVS 2207 standard. It is versatile, complete and able to realize special products out of sheets. Polyfusion is able to weld PP, PVC, PE and PE Twin-Wall sheets.
Polyfusion is available in two versions, CNC and manual hydraulic whereas it is possible to weld either in line or eventually adding devices to perform 90° angle welding or sheet rolling.
The CNC models are equipped with Ritmo’s best technology and are able to repeat programed welding cycles to can weld sheets up to 4 m length and 50 mm thickness. They have an intuitive control panel and large memory to save and download the welding reports.
The manual sheet welders have a working range of 2 m length and 100mm thickness.
