Impact Formulators Group – an entrepreneurial initiative created in 2023 by Koinos Capital SGR, an independent investment company, to aggregate leading Italian companies in masterbatch production – has announced the appointment of Nicola Strazzeri as the holding company’s new CEO.
With the leadership of Nicola Strazzeri, Impact Formulators Group consolidates and strengthens its project for the creation and development of a pole of excellence in the strategic masterbatch segment, a fast-growing sector with significant areas of application.
A wholly owned subsidiary of Koinos Capital SGR, the Group was born from the integration – carried out by the same investment company – of the subsidiaries Ultrabatch, a company specializing in the production of additive masterbatches for agriculture, and Masterbatch, a company focused on flame retardant additive masterbatches for the construction and electrical cable sectors.
Today, Impact Formulators Group has a turnover of about €40 million, which it aims to more than double in the coming years in order to position itself as an industry leader, offer an innovative, widespread and comprehensive service and also expand into international markets.
