A great success for IPM srl, who on February 19th welcomed 130 customers from both Italy and many foreign countries to the headquarters in Lugo (RA) during our symposium STRONGER TOGETHER.

Customers who were looking for quality, technology, innovation, and customization — key elements to differentiate themselves in the market, to remain more and more competitive, and to keep up with the times.

During the symposium our Area Managers, speaking the languages of their audience, introduced our technological innovations, offering customers the chance to see the machines in operation, to ask questions, and to exchange ideas“, explained Silvia Geminiani, CEO and Co-founder of IPM srl.

Next to the news about haul offs, cutting saws, belling machines, bending machines, threading and slotting machines, IPM presented an ABSOLUTE INNOVATION IN THE FIELD OF PIPE PROCESSING: a fully automated extrusion line end system, operating 24/7, which can replicate and replace human labor in terms of precision, speed, and durability, solving issues related to unreliability of the operators and labor shortages, and relieving workers from repetitive, heavy, and dangerous operations.
That is the reason why such systems are highly required from plenty of customers around the world, and IPM is a leader in this sector!”, stated Silvia Geminiani.

These articulated systems cannot be exhibited at any fairs because of their size.
They consist of machines and robots assembled together, exploiting more and more precise cameras and sensors and powerful software which thanks to the A.I. are capable of object recognition and classification, producing, selecting, assembling, and packaging every single element, and through self-learning, their functions improve continuously over time.
These systems can be controlled and monitored remotely, thus granting better production efficiency and allowing scheduled maintenance.

During the symposium, IPM production hall hosted two large LED WALLS broadcasting the videos of other similar automated packaging plants manufactured by IPM and operating all around the world as results of our cutting-edge technology for the handling, sorting, packaging, and palletizing of pipes of different dimensions.

For we all IPM team, the attendance of so many customers and their interest is a source of pride and great satisfaction, as well as a tangible recognition of the work we have carried out over all these years“, concluded Silvia Geminiani.
