At the K 2016 exhibition in Dusseldorf (Hall 15 Stand B22), Negri Bossi starts the celebration of its 70th anniversary in the production of injection molding machines.
A testament to the longevity of the company will be the predecessor model NB28 built in 1947.
The stand will shed lights on new ideas and innovations that will reinforce us to shape the future of our brand for the injection molding market.
On the occasion of the K, the new generation of all-electric press Ele will be Unveiled which is integrated into a complete IML application with fast labeling by means of a side entry robot.
The machine is characterized by very high technical specifications level to bring together the performance and the typical Italian design.
The Ele is equipped with a “smartflex 2” clamping unit with a new toggle geometry. The range will be available in 8 models varying from 50 to 350 tones with injection configuration available up to 24 models.
During the exhibition, it will be also possible to appreciate some innovative projects concerning a newly designed toggle geometry, a new type injection unit and a new hydraulic plant that we will see all assembled in a new “concept” named “X”. It will be demonstrated how the concept has the characteristics to function both hydraulically and electrically.
All of these technologies will be completed and managed by a new control interface with “gesture navigation mode” that will be applied into the future models of Negri Bossi machines.
In the main area of our stand you will be attended by our staff who will be pleased to show you how we are planning to shape the future of the injection moulding technology.
