The Repro-Flex 100, which will be on display from April 25 ~28 at Chinaplas, on booth W3P31, has an average output of 350kg~400kg per hour, suitable for the direct reprocessing of post-industrial PE/PP film, PP woven and raffia waste generated from in-house production.
POLYSTAR continues to focus on the user-friendliness of its recycling machines through re-engineering, making recycling extremely simple for its users – easy operation, simple machine maintenance and fast change between different types of processing material is what makes POLYSTAR’s machines popular and competitive in the market.
The Repro-Flex can effectively and flexibly pelletize a variety of film products including heavily/lightly printed, mono to multi layered HDPE, LDPE and PP film waste. The high quality recycled pellets can be put directly back into blown or cast film extrusion lines for immediate reprocessing.
