The JEC Forum ITALY brings together Italy’s composite materials community. The JEC Forum Italy 2025 is organized by JEC entirely dedicated to promoting composite materials and fostering their applications globally, in partnership with Assocompositi, the Italian Association for Composite Materials.
This second edition will be held at the Villa Erba, Cernobbio, Lake Como, on June 11 & 12, 2025
At the core of this event is the Business Meetings program, which offers participants pre-arranged business appointments, ensuring targeted and effective interactions among key industry players.
In addition to the Business Meetings, the forum will feature conferences, round tables, and interactive workshops with the participation of experts and internationally renowned guests. These sessions will address the latest technological trends, challenges, and opportunities in the composites sector, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and new industrial applications.
About conferences. The first day will begin with opening speeches at 9:45 am, followed by a conference at 10:00 am on Composite Technologies. This session will feature companies using cutting-edge production technologies, including 3D printing and hybrid technologies for high-performance thermoplastics.
On the second day, a conference dedicated to “Innovation in the Transport Sector” will be held at 9:30 am. This session will showcase recent advancements in composite technologies for high-performance applications in automotive and railway sectors.
Lastly, at 3:30 pm, a conference on “Sustainability and Circularity of Composite Materials” will explore various technical solutions and European initiatives related to composite recycling. Industrial case studies and current research trends aimed at enhancing the sustainability of materials and production processes will be presented. Key speakers include EuCIA, Cobat Compositi, Polynt Group, and Hera Ambiente.
The JEC Startups’ Innovation will also be an important part of these 2 days. This session will feature five startups in the composites industry, each focused on advancing new manufacturing processes. During this session, these startups will take the stage to showcase their innovative technologies, solutions, and methods that are set to revolutionize the way composites are produced and used.
