Organized by Tüyap Exhibitions Group, Plast Eurasia Istanbul, one of the leading events of the plastics industry, is preparing to open its doors for the 33rd time between December 4-7. This major event will take place at Tüyap Fair and Congress Center to showcase the innovations in the plastics industry. With over 1,500 participating companies and over 70,000 visitors expected, the fair is set to break records this year.
Taking the pulse of the industry once again
During a 4-day period, the fair will be exhibiting a wide range of product groups, including plastic manufacturing machinery, machine equipment and sub-industry, molds, recycling technologies, raw materials and chemicals. The fair will bring together both local representatives of the industry and exhibitors from many countries, such as Germany, Denmark, Iran, Russia, Italy, Poland, China and Spain, to take the international pulse of the industry. Furthermore, it will create new opportunities for trade and collaborations with purchasing delegations from Iran, Russia, Macedonia and Georgia.
An innovative experience and bioplastics
Hall 12A, which will be inaugurated this year, is an important innovation added to the fairground to let visitors enjoy a distinctive experience. This hall will include a special area where detailed information about bioplastics will be presented. Presentations will be delivered about manufacturing of bioplastics, recycling of coffee pulp and the contribution of bioplastic use to a sustainable future.
Coffee for the winners of the quiz
Visitors will have the chance to take a quiz in the foyer, and responders who answer the questions correctly will win vouchers that can be redeemed in the coffee area in hall 12A. In this special area, visitors will be able to drink their free coffee, learn about bioplastics manufactured from recycled coffee pulp and also closely observe the recycling journey of reusable cups. This experience offers a fascinating insight into how sustainability and innovation can be integrated into the plastics industry.
